This company is a big joke, but not a funny one. The owner is an accountant. The gutter mechanic is a part-time police officer. (I didn't find this out until after all the problems started.) This explains why they are clueless when it comes to professional gutter installation. The only “creative” thing about them is the dozens of excuses you’ll get about why the gutters they installed aren’t working as warranted. Even taking them to court didn’t fix my situation. Had to hire another company to totally replace, after 2 long frustrating years of “gee, we don’t know what the problem is,” the gutters these Bozos installed. And since I couldn’t get a refund for the crappy work they did, I ended up paying for new gutters (and gutter guard) twice. My recommendation? Do business with anybody BUT Creative Gutter Systems.
Description of Work: Replaced the gutters and gutter guard on my 1,200 square foot ranch house.
