TV Repair
1) Had to be worked on 3 times. 2) Only deliver once a week. 3) When my wife called to question on the third visit why it was taking 3 weeks to repair and what was the status, the 'gentleman' at the shop informed her that he did not have time for this and hung up. 4) We had to go through Hitachi to get status on TV. 5) Hitachi had to locate the repair part and then called the shop to tell them who to contact to get the part that had been reserved for them. 6) Called on status of TV and was told technician had not gotten to it yet, our set was still in warehouse. Called back 3 days later and was told technician had been out sick all week. 7)Hitachi admitted there was a service problem.
