We perform auto body repair to all makes and models of vehicles. Our focus is primarily collision repair work but we are able to restorations as well. We work with all insurance companies. The only charges you will be responsible for is your deductible. Unless you are a claimant, then you don't have a deductible. Our technicians have the highest training of any body shop in central Virginia. Our Body Technicians are even welding certified. Your safety is paramount to us. Our community involvment with our Recycled Rides and Car Wash programs set us a part from all of our competitors.

We can even arrange towing and your rental vehicle needs., mechanical repair to include suspension & a/c work, refinishing of your vehicle, you need various forms of repairs. ?Required? work to be done was reduced drastically when at-fault driver
decided to go through insurance versus paying for the damage outright. The work was done well and faster than
expected, which made me wary at first, but I haven?t had any issues with it
since. I am still getting my car hand
washed almost 3 months later per their recommendation but the body work looks
great. Their post-repair detail is a
wash at best. Owner offered to re-wash
it for me free of charge but it?s not worth the thirty minute drive from Short
Pump to get a hand wash and vacuum that my dealer offers for $15. I will say, though, that communication was
always a strong point throughout the whole process?estimate, repair, concern
and follow-up. Now that I know exactly
what to expect, I would use them again.
Perhaps my original expectations were too high.

My car was involved in a single car accident in 2005, which was my introduction to Conner Brothers. The damage was extensive, though mostly to the undercarriage and motor support fame, but there was damage to both front doors and the hood. This year, I noticed that the clearcoat was starting to peel. Stranger things have happened to cars in our plant parking lot, so I put it off. I thought I would try to paint it myself- someday. However, in a moment of lucidity, I took the car back to Conner Brothers to ask them for an estimate. It would cost about $2500 to strip and respray. When I mentioned that Conner Brothers had repaired the car in 2005, Jay Stevens told me that in that case, the respray would be covered by the Conner Brothers guarantee of the original repair. I didn't know or even ask about a guarantee. There was no need for him to mention the fact, and I would have been none the wiser, and $2500 poorer.
People like Jay, and the others I met at Conner Brothers, you just have to celebrate. While one accident every 44 years of driving is quite enough, should the need arise to visit a body shop, I'll be right back to Conner Brothers.
