I don't normally write reviews (here or elsewhere) but this guy was really good. He came promptly, he did the best job I've ever seen. My house looked like it had just been painted. His rates were very reasonable. I will definitely call him back when that green gunk starts growing on my siding again. He was superior.

They provided a reliable estimate over the phone. They came within the time frame they said they would. You can either pay them on the spot after they finished or they will send you a bill in the mail. I would recommend using them.

This was a great experience. Commercial Pressure Wash was recommended to me by C.L. Wright Roofing, Inc. (an Angie's List top rated roofing company in my area). In fact, I used a coupon for CPW's services that was given to me by C.L. Wright Roofing after the roofing work was done. It covered the house wash. I paid the extra $100 to wash my deck and shed.
Chris Flanagan, the owner of CPW, showed up right on and got right to work. He was respectful of my property, including the landscaping. A home usually always looks better when it's pressure washed (especially if it's been a while since the last time it was cleaned, like mine!), but how thoroughly the job gets done will vary based on who you call. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CPW the next time you need pressure washing services. I am so pleased with how everything looks. And the fee was very fair, in my opinion. I was particularly worried about my plants and new grass being affected by the solutions, etc. But Chris explained the process to me and how my plants would not be affected.
I plan to hire CPW again to pressure wash my home, driveway, deck and outbuildings again when it's time. Everything went so well and I wanted to share my great experience with the Angie's List community.

The job went smoothly today, as it has the last two times that Mr. Flanagan power washed my home. He is a contentious and polite individual with a strong work ethic. The only concern I have, as indicated in the overall experience rating section, is punctuality. I believe this was a concern this time around because of a change in staffing, and a miss communication between Chris and his wife in scheduling. The error was addressed promptly, and my house cleaned as scheduled today. I look forward to using Commercial Power Wash Inc. again, and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking such a service.

The technician, Chris, performed the power wash on the scheduled day in about 2 hours and Denise as right! My wife and I were truly amazed at what a difference the power wash made. The house just seems to really sparkle. What a tremendous professional job!!

We won't wait another 38 years to utilize this service.

It was easy to make an appointment, and the owner Chris Flanagan showed up right when he said he would. He did an excellent job power washing my house! I was concerned about siding that was not in great condition in one area. but he took special care not to damage it. The south side of my house needed extra work, and he cleaned it like new. Sometimes he used cleaner twice in the really bad areas. I had some wood bore (bee) residue baked on the siding, and he scrubbed it off to pre-clean. After washing the siding and other painted areas, he thoroughly rinsed the house afterwards. He spent a lot of time and care to do the job right.. He washed the sidewalks and porch, spending extra time to get off green mildew stains. Chris is friendly and easy to work with.I would definitely recommend him for any job, large or small. I can't remember when my house looked this good.
