Clover Glass Shop Inc

My driver side window had been shattered by a rock.  I had called and scheduled an appointment for a week away as I was going on vacation for a week (and they couldn't do it day of because they needed to order the glass).  I agreed to bring my car to their location as I was outside their service zone.  I brought my car by at the appointment time and they said that they had never ordered my glass.  The appointment time was at 1pm.  I live almost an hour away in a rural area.  They told me to go find something to do in town until 3 when they would have my glass rushed here.  Then the receptionist stated that if I got here at 2:30 then they would get everything ready to just put the glass in.  I get there at 2:30pm and wait until a 4:45pm for my window to be replaced.  At no point did the receptionist provide me with a estimation of the time to complete the replacement.  Finally at 4:20pm I made her go check on it because she didn't care how long I was sitting there waiting.  However, multiple customers came in while I was waiting and she had either lost their order or their order was not ready to be picked up when they said it would be.  When I came back after my window was replaced to discuss an issue about it, the receptionist was not friendly or helpful.  The only reason I rated the company well was the technician who replaced my window was very nice and helpful.  However, I would give the receptionist at least a D on customer service.
