I was told it would be ready in 10 days but I couldn’t pick it up until 6 weeks later. They gave me 4 promised ready dates & passed them all. They were just incredibly unreliable. They did nothing for the poor service or try & compensate me for the lost time.

When they picked up the desktop, my wife requested that they check with me before proceeding with any work. This was not done. By the time we discussed the options, the work had already been performed. This computer ? was under an extended warranty whereby the parts and labor would have been at no charge, Close to $500 was spent to repair a computer that could have been purchased new for $350. Then they charged $237 to install a $140 printer. For over six months their responses to the multiple requests from both me and my wife have ranged from procrastination (?we?ll get right back to you?) to the disingenuous (?Oh I didn?t realize that this was a problem.?)
