It went great. The only mishap was that the order wasn't actually placed when Vicki thought it was, and I had to wait a few extra weeks for the blinds. I also got a discount because I had more than 10 windows that were being done. They did a fine job installing the blinds. Vicki was sensitive to my wish to have the blinds match the trim paint color as much as possible and to have the headers match the decor of the room. She helped me decide on which product to use on my windows. The blinds look wonderful. I'd gotten estimates from a couple of other places, and they were much more expensive than I paid budget blinds.
