Result was Average cleaning --not performed at the level we expected. Owner deemed the performance an aberration from her standards.

They did a great job! My house looked clean and they changed the sheets if you left out clean.  Very nice job. Had to stop using them due to a sudden increase in a different bill payment. I miss them and coming home to clean house.

First of all, I apologize for my late review (I am not certain of the EXACT date of service, but I know it was early 2013. The police report is sure to have the date of this incident on it). Anyway, this cleaning service was recommended to me by a co-worker- she had just started using the service and was extremely pleased. I contacted them and requested a quote to clean my entire home. I was impressed how quickly they responded and Bev came to my home for an initial visit. The cost was very reasonable- $85 to clean my entire home. I liked Bev and I agreed to start using her service. I remember the first (and last) time they came to clean was a Wednesday. I came home and was so happy with the cleaning of my home- it looked great.

A couple days later, my husband couldn't find his Kindle Fire (it had a bright lime green case so it certainly didn't have much of a chance to be "lost"). He didn't think much of it, didn't even mention it to me until that Saturday. We tore up the house looking for it, and even made a special trip to his office- thinking he had left it there. I had a horrible feeling that maybe it was taken while our house was cleaned, but I thought, "nah...there is no way someone would steal from us...especially the first time they cleaned!" But my husband called Amazon and talked to his Kindle people...why yes, his Kindle was deactivated on Wednesday evening (the day our house was cleaned). I was livid and felt like an idiot...I let these strangers into my house and then our property was stolen.

Fast forward to Monday...I called and spoke with Judy to tell her I believed that someone had taken this from our home. I also reported the information that was given about the device being deactivated. She asked me a few different times if I was sure that we didn't lose it and "they have never had anyone steal...ever." So basically I was told that I was a liar...this did NOT make me happy- AT ALL. I had to let my husband take over from here because I was so angry. So later on this day, I have a voicemail saying that they are "so sorry" and that "some new girl who was training and who had cleaned my house did admit to stealing a Kindle...it had a bright green case." The voicemail happily announced that the girl had offered to bring it back to our house and put it in our mailbox! Oh how nice of her!!

I did come home to my husband's Kindle in our mailbox. It smelled like it sat in an ashtray for the past 4 days or so, but it was intact. There was also a letter from the "new girl" who stole it saying "I'm so sorry, but I dropped this on the floor and cracked the screen...I was going to take it to get it fixed." Funny, the screen was not cracked, and there is no way you can get a Kindle screen repaired/replaced without sending it back to Amazon (that is per the Amazon customer service). We never received a phone call from Bev when we requested that she call us.

All in all, the cleaning was good, but having my property stolen is just not worth a sparkling toilet bowl!!

I have been using them for 6 years and am satisfied with them.  They are reliable women. They are here when they say they will be. They will do anything I ask them within reason. The pricing is competitive.

They're an excellent value and they do more than the average cleaning service. They're always responsive and very flexible if I need to change an appointment.
