Description of Work: We used Brian several years ago to repair a leaking roof on fan property that we rent. The project went well. A small leak appeared several years later around a sky light that he came back and repaired for free. Based on this earlier experience we had with him we asked him to quote work that included exterior painting and gutter repair. His price was better than what was quoted to us by another contractor. We also had him repair a broken window and take down and rebuild a fence in the back yard.
