I needed the flashing replaced around my chimney, and a couple friends and a real estate agent highly recommended Jason. I'm glad I listened to them -- his price estimate was fair, and he and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. Plus, they left the job site pristine -- you'd never known they'd been there. If you're looking for a great roofer, Jason and API can't be beat!

Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. They showed up when they said they would. They did the work exactly as we discussed. They have a fair price--including an even lower quote than the team I used previously. Plus it looks great. They came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation. I could not be more pleased. In a heartbreaking moment, the day after they left, a storm blew a 4' branch through the roof and into the attic. They came the following Monday morning and did the repairs. That was impressive.

API did a great job. Crew arrived on time and by 4:30 I had a new roof; the yard was completely clean, and they were finished. I was in quarantine because of Covid and communicated with Jason, the owner, by phone. He was fantastic to work with, answered every question, responded quickly and he even took pictures of the roof and sent to me. Their quote was fair, and I would highly recommend API.

If I could have given this company an A+, I would have. Jason and API were phenomenal. They were professional, responsive, and timely, and did a great job on my roof and gutters. Jason made suggestions for repairs and changes that were thoughtful and would save me money in the long run. I contacted 4 different roofing companies and got 3 different quotes. API was the cheapest, and they were the ONLY one who did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I would definitely recommend them.

API Roofing and Construction just replaced our roof and I give them the highest recommendation for roof repair and replacement. Several years ago, they replaced a skylight; then they replaced a roof on a family vacation home in Mathews County. Last week, they replaced the roof on our home in Queensmill, and were superb. I live in a 2300 SF one story with a big roof covered with 2 layers of shingles. They were extremely organized in their approach, very careful, neat, highly safety conscious and worked so unbelievably hard. My roof is beautiful and I can't say enough good things about Jason Marsili, the owner, and his crew. They were awesome and the price was competitive. Call them if you need your roof replaced.

Fantastic service. I was impressed with how clean they maintained the job site through the entire process. Even when rain was anticipated they planned ahead to ensure my home was protected and finished the job the following day under clear skies. All debris was removed upon completion. In this day and age, to have a contractor who is financially capable of installing and completing such a project without upfront or surprise costs is amazing! Being in law enforcement I can appreciate that as I have seen horror stories of bad contractors. These guys are the read deal and the price was very competitive. Thank you!

Jason and API were great! We started seeing shingles in our yard and called for several quotes. API came in with the best price and completed the work timely over not even 2 days. The crew worked diligently and did a great job. They really cleaned up too afterward, not a single nail to be found. Highly recommend API if you need a new roof. API was recommended to us by a neighbor and we are so glad they did. You will not be disappointed with API.

API did a great job from start to finish. Jason was quick to return my initial phone call to obtain a quote. He promptly provided the quote. He met me at his showroom on a Saturday morning, so that I could make my color decision. The work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. My property was left clean and undisturbed. API was recommended to me by my neighbor. I highly recommend them as well.

The owner returned my call the same day and provided a fair quote over the phone for this small job. Since he was the 2nd firm I called I ended up going with the first company because they were already scheduled to visit the next day. However I'd definitely call API again should I need another roofing job.

We bought a house in July 2013. There was so much rain this summer and we found out that the front of our home had no gutters. The previous owner had placed a diverter on a portion of the roof and had the rainwater pouring into a large bucket, which I thought was a sort of cistern. Turns out it was just a bucket which would overflow and the water just ran over and into the crawlspace. There was a small space between a bumped out window and the roof line where water was running down and the siding was starting to rot. We had several contractors look at the problem and they said there was nothing that could be done with the roof or they said it would be cost prohibitive to do the project. ??? They told us to dig a ditch and add rocks to divert the water away from the house. A neighbor recommended Jason's company. Jason came to check out the problem and immediately came up with a solution. He said he could tie in the roofline to the bumped out window and run large gutters along the entire space. It turns out that he had an opening later that week. The team showed up on time. Jason stayed the entire time. He checked in with me throughout the process. He was concerned with making sure the alterations matched the existing roofing and wanted to ensure the trim paint matched the existing paint. Even went so far as telling me when they were taking their lunch break and when to expect them to return. I have had a LOT of contractors in my home and these guys were by far the best! Everything was done in a day. They cleaned up and you would never have known anyone had worked on our house, except that there was no flooding and no large bucket filling with water every time it rained! Prompt! Precise! Clean! Considerate! What more could you ask? It was not an inexpensive fix, but considering the potential damage the water may have caused, we are super happy we hired Jason.
Turns out our lawn guys used Jason's company for roofing repairs this past summer (his house and his daughter's) and were very happy with him as well. Small world!

API Roofing was extremely professional and courteous. I contacted several companies for estimates and had a few issues with those companies in terms of getting a response and getting them to come out to do the estimate, etc. API was prompt to return all of my calls and emails and answered all of my questions thoroughly and quickly making me feel I could trust them right away. Overall, while they weren't the bottom line lowest cost, I had the most confidence and trust in them based on their communication and time they spent explaining things to me. Specifically, I worked with Jason who is great to work with and easy to talk to as someone who is doing this for the first time. Jason made sure I understood the whole process. I felt comfortable working with him and his follow through continued until the work was complete. The workers were great and professional and quiet. They arrived right before I left for work and they were about finished when I got home. Everything looked great and they thoroughly cleaned around the house. They used a rolling magnet thing to clean up all of the nails. If you are considering a new roof, definitely contact them for an estimate. I highly recommend them and was very pleased with how quick and easy the whole process was. They do other home improvements as well and I will definitely be contacting them again.
