Bren and American Leak Detection saved my sanity! After purchasing my first home in June, I have had a laundry list of issues, the most recent being two $500 water bills, which is about 100,000 gallons a month! The water was absolutely no where to be found in my yard or the surrounding area so I did not just want to call in a plumber. I called American Leak Detection on a Friday and they had me scheduled for Monday morning...when Monday morning came, it was raining heavily so Bren called and said he would be out as soon as the rain stopped. Bren showed up promptly at 2pm and immediately got to work. It took a little longer to find my leak because the water shut off valve in the home is nowhere to be found. Bren went room by room, testing each fixture until he found the leak under the slab in my guest bedroom- we could even hear the water rushing when we put our ears to the wall. Bren and American Leak Detection potentially saved me the hundreds of dollars I would have paid a plumber to come tear up my yard. I am so happy and would recommend this company to anyone!

Company does not do repairs. Will have to hire a plumber to find and repair leak. Leak detection technician was very knowledgable and efficient. Cost was same as estimate.

It was a fairly brief visit. The rep was able to find the leaking supply line to our refriderator and retape it to stop the leak. Overall they were on time and did a good job.

Located the leak under the driveway within about 2 inches. The plumber only needed to cut a small hole in the driveway to do the repair. Excellent work!
