Options were to reattach the loose pieces or replace with new ones. I chose reattach since the car is 9 yrs old.
Work was done quickly and cost efficiently.

They were excellent.. Always are. Evaluated vehicle for several hours looking for engine rumble loss of power. Ended up resolving the issue for relatively low cost, considering the amount ot time several people spent with it.

While the business title emphasizes tires, they can do most anything. I have been going to Allen Tire for most routine maintenance and repair for some time now and I will continue to do so.

Allen tire inspected my work van and rotated the tires. They adjusted air pressure accordingly because rear tires take 30 p.s.i.more than front tires and they re-set computer.I had just changed my own oil the same day and they were willing to recycle my old oil saving me a trip to advance auto.this is a 2011 truck and they also did major repairs to my previous vehicle and got me back on the road quickly.I think Bill is an excellent manager and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I was impressed with the competency of the staff to find the needed part and to make sure it worked correctly to solve my brake problem. I had been trying to get this problem fixed with other service providers but this business not only knew what they were doing they work very hard to make sure the problem was solved. The labor was not inexpensive but the job was done right.

We've had a positive experience with them. They are pretty available and very informative. We felt like we could trust them not to pull the fleece over our eyes and we could trust them.

I dropped my vehicle off the night before and left a letter explaining the symptoms. The next day I received a phone call at 8AM. The mechanics had already diagnosed each of the problems and prepared an estimate of the repair and labor. I authorized the repair and was very pleased with their approach to correcting several of the problems. Instead of charging me for a new part they proceeded to clean the old part and told me that was sufficient in 50% of the cases. I can get years from this part before it needs to be replaced. This shop was able to diagnose the source of the high-pitched noise which had evaded a local competitor shop. After replacing the part, the manager showed me the old part and reproduced the noise I had been hearing. He was absolutely right. And they told me about the break-in period needed by the fan clutch. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I have confidence that this shop really looks out for their customers by treating their customers' cars as their own. I received excellent value for the repair bill. This shop will get my future business. The shop called me when my car was ready. And several days later I received a thank-you letter in the mail thanking me for my business. Now that's a shop that values its customers.

I spent a lot, but there was a lot that needed to be done. I have been a customer at this location for about 17 years, and they have always been fair. They will question your request if you ask for some work that they feel is unnecessary. They have occasionally suggested that I not do various optional repairs based on, for example, the age of the car, my trade-in plans, etc. Just a couple of weeks ago they told me I needed three new tires. They priced some Goodyear tires for me (they are a Goodyear outlet), but I didn't want to spend that much. They went back to the drawing board, price-shopped some other brands for me, and quoted a lower price for a set of 4. I found Allen's price to be pretty close to Costco's lowest price, close enough to give Allen the business. They are also good about complimentary parts parts (e.g. belts) that they feel wore out too soon. I NEVER have to take my cars back for rework. Watch for their coupons in the mail and in ValPak.
