I cannot say enough good things about Tyrone and Adiches Concrete & Construction. We could not be more pleased with the results. We hired Tyrone to pour a 1200 sqft monolithic slab/foundation for a two-story building. He advised us on options and materials to keep costs down and manage their availability. He kept us informed of the progress at every step of the project. If weather or materials changed beyond his control, he quickly suggested options to keep the project moving. You can easily reach them by phone or text during the entire project. The crew was polite and friendly. Their experience was evident from the start of the project. The attention to detail is impressive, from prep and pour to finishing. I highly recommend using Adiches and will do so for all our future concrete work. At a minimum, have Tyrone come out for the education. You won’t be disappointed.

We recently had the pleasure of having Tyrone Adiches replace our 3,652 sq. ft. exposed aggregate driveway including front and rear sidewalks. It was a rather extensive job breaking down and removing the existing aggregate driveway and sidewalks. Then replacing them. Despite many setbacks due to spring rain Tyrone and his team completed the job in a professional, workmanlike manner. We are extremely pleased with the completed project and would highly recommend him for your concrete work.

Tyrone Adiches impressed me from the moment I shook his hand. From the get-go, he was courteous, professional, respectful of our property and person, and timely. While he was not the lowest estimate for our Project, he explained everything his crew would do. We had a schedule in mind, and he was able to meet (even exceed) it. All communications were returned within 24 hours, whether via phone, text, or email. Chatting with members of his crew, I discovered their commitment to their craft and delivering me a well-done driveway. Everytime I thought something needed to be addressed, without even mentioning it, Tyrone's crew addressed it to my satisfaction (and that may be an understatement). The original time estimate was 1 week, but the grating, leveling, and pour was completed in less than 48 hours. We had rain the night the pour completed, but the day after that, Tyrone & Crew returned to finish up some minor details and complete the job. I place a lot of faith in the vibe I get from another person when I first meet them, and Tyrone's handshake and "look you in the eye" mentality ranked him high in my book. I did my online research, too, checking the Richmond BBB, too. Angie's List, Home Advisor, and the BBB all had the highest ratings listed. I heartily recommend Adiches Construction for your next concrete/masonry project!

The owner and his son were extremely responsive. Always on time and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Did some extras without charging. Worked around a problem with the concrete plant that were not his issue. First big rain finally came and the very difficult grade worked as we hoped. So happy to finally have the driveway complete. The exposed aggregate has gotten numerous complements and looks really nice with the house.

Tyrone and his guys were very polite, punctual and professional. They were very considerate and offered to power-wash and stain a part of our driveway over the holiday weekend while we were out of town so we could have continued use of our driveway/garage during the rest of the construction. They went above and beyond what I had expected and filled existing cracks on the rest of the driveway. While they were power-washing they even power-washed my front brick steps, just to be nice. They also added a sleeve under the driveway for future irrigation work for now extra charge after the contract was signed. I would absolutely hire again. I had originally contacted them because they had many other good reviews when I googled them. I am glad I did, and I wanted to come on Angie's List to give them an equally glowing review because they deserve it.

Very punctual and professional. Poured entire aggregate driveway. Ran into a problem with a bad pour. Discussed this discuss this with the owner and it came back and dug up the entire section and repoured it. Tyrone is very easy to talked to and arrived on time ready to work. There was some minor chipping toward the new pour where he cut an expansion joint.

The owner Tyrone met with me on a Saturday evening to look at my driveway and provide an estimate. From the first moment he was professional and personable. He listened intently on my ideas and made appropriate suggestions based on his experience which provided a lot of good insight. I explained the water drainage issue since my house is on a hill and he took all that into consideration for the design. When using the measurement wheel my 2 yr old was fascinated and he was actually having the little one measure with him! They walked the entire area together and then the little one took off on his own. Tyrone was very gracious about this. Anyone with a little one underfoot will understand! The estimate was done, contract provided and Tyrone showed up exactly when he said he would to start which was approximately 2 days later. The job was complete in 1 day and when I arrived home, I was extremely pleased. The driveway is beautiful and he went above and beyond of what I expected! I immediately noticed that on the front corner drain spout, he attached a black drainage tube and ran it under the asphalt to the backyard. I didn't ask for that but in his expertise, saw that it would be an issue and took care of it. A few days later we had very heavy rains and I watched the drainage issue carefully. He did exactly what he said- all the run off from the driveway was taken away from the house which was a huge concern. It looks beautiful, extremely well done and functional. I would certainly recommend this company time and time again. Actually my neighbor recommended him and had his driveway done the day before mine and his was well done as well.

Tyrone (Mr. Adiches) is an early riser and started work early in the morning. He was done with a job earlier than expected and started a day early. Cleared out everything, graded and tamped the base down. Had a truck come in the next day to pour the concrete. That day he finished 80% of the work coming back that morning for the rest.
We ran into one small problem with the concrete not setting enough before he power washed. Tryone tried to do a repair, but knew that this was not up to his standard and repoured the section.
Mr. Adiches is a true gentleman. He was polite and always prompt. He goes by his word and work. I have neighbors constantly coming by saying how great the driveway looks.
I am 100% satisfied with the job and Tyrone. If I have any more concrete work I would use him again.
