Ali was great. He came out on the date I needed with only 2 days notice. He showed up on time and was very kind and professional and explained everything he was doing. He did a great job cleaning our carpets for a reasonable price. I will use him again in the future.

This guy is the real deal! I've had about four or five different chem dry services do work for me throughout the years and I can say that without a doubt, Al is the the best I've had. For Al, cleaning is a three step process. Vacuum, the chem dry wand, which I usually only see used on stairs and them the big stand up machine. This three step process makes for a HUGE difference is the carpet. Most only do the vacuum and stand up machine. He never made mention of this difference. it was only through observation. His prices were also excellent, even with the extra time that step takes. At this point he is the only chem dry service I would use. Thanks Ali!

A-Plus Chem-Dry is a family run business and we have been using Ali for many years. He is incredibly responsive, always pleasant and does a fabulous job - and we have really put him to the test with some of our carpet cleaning! He offers many different options/packages and will work with you to select the best one. There is never a high pressure sales job, which, honestly he doesn't need to do because the results are always top notch. We had waited much too long between our last two cleanings (years) and we were doubtful as to what he could accomplish with our 16 old berber in our high traffic areas, the living room and stairs. We were totally shocked and pleasantly surprised when he worked his magic and left us with a carpet than now looks half it's age. While we had not used his service in several years, he had taken such diligent notes from his last visit, that when I was on the phone making the appointment, he was able to recall in detail the job he had done for us last time - it was a very personal touch and it was impressive. We highly recommend him - for any size job!

A Plus Chem Dry was just awesome in all they did for the cleaning of our carpets. It was four guys who did the work and they didn't take a break during the two hour job. Our carpets were pretty dirty before they came and they looked beautiful after they were done.
