A Cleaning Maid In Heaven

I have been using this company bi-weekly for three years now and I have been very
happy.  Of course there have been occasional mistakes or
miscommunications, but Jennifer and her teams have always fixed the
problem and not ever made the same mistake again.  I am extremely picky
and have had numerous services over the years, this one is by far the
best I have ever used.   Even with this, the service is still one of the
more affordable in town.  I also really like the fact that this is a
local business that volunteers cleanings for wounded veterans in our
community.  I highly recommend this service and have referred them to
several of my friends all of whom are happy.

I used this housecleaning service after purchasing a voucher through
Living Social. Two women "cleaned" our home. Our house ended up being
dirtier than it started. They have no idea how to mop or wet vac floors.
There were hairs and dirt everywhere, which I suspect was from the
tools they used. The wet vac redeposited dirt from one part of the house
to another. They needed to hand wipe to truly clean but were too lazy
to do it. They were in a hurry to clean probably because of the fact
that I bought a voucher, rather than paying full price. Big waste of
money

6/19/14 - I just saw the provider response. Wow - no wet vac? Then did some phantom maids show up at my house (with your company's logo) and use a wet vac in my kitchen?

floor was mopped with water remaiing on it;only clean the sink in the kitchentwo hours work but didn't get too much done.

accommodate went very unprofessionally.  First Jennifer was very rude in responding to emails submitted on her site to schedule the appointment.  She also seemed more concerned with me making sure I left a tip then worrying about me the customer.  Next, once settling on a date over 2 weeks later she didn't show.  I scheduled to be working from home so that I could let the crew in and then they never showed.  I emailed Jennifer after they missed there arrival time and Jennifer gave me an excuse of her PC crashing and losing emails.  She then said we will have to reschedule without suggesting any time or day.  I then responded telling her how I would like for an after hours cleaning to accomodate my schedule but she just said she doesn't have after hours and didn't suggest any other times.  I did look online and noticed the reviews for this company are very very poor.  Not just on here but on other sites.  Just save your time and don't use.  In the end I got my money back rather than dealing with this very unprofessional company.

: It was a terrible experience. They worked for two hours. There was nothing that I liked. Very little work was done. The quality of the cleaning was bad. The surface of the bathroom and the surfaces had to be re-cleaned. They broke a vase in my sunroom. They spent a lot of time putting that together. They put the parts together with a tape, the pieces being inside so that I wouldn’t notice that. They cleaned nothing on my bottom floor. They did little bit of work on the top floor. They didn’t do ay other further cleaning because both of them were trying to put the vase together and they didn’t tell me about it. They left the house when I had just gone down the street. They left the house and never reported the broken vase. I was straightening things up and I noticed it. It took me a while to get somebody to return my call. I called the owner and told him. What bothered me is that the owner didn’t call me back. I had left a message. I called and they told me that they would have to check on that; they doubted my story. They did offer to pay for the vase. I told them no, as I could replace the vase. They showed up when they said they would. They offered to come and re-clean the house but I refused as I didn’t want them in my house again.

I wasn't please after the first visit.  My home is always very neat and tidy, so their isn't much time needed to pick things up or change sheets.  Their dusting job was terrible, there was still dust in many obvious places.  I contacted the owner who assured me that it takes time to get a house "clean" and that she had a new crew starting and I would be very pleased on my next visit.  Subsequent visits never lived up to the owners words as I gave them 5 visits to get it right. 

They even showed up when they weren't scheduled and I received an email from the owner, Jennifer, who said I owed them a cost of the cleaning for the lock out fee.  When I explained they were not scheduled for another two weeks her reply "oh most of my customers are bi-weekly, sorry."

After their last visit when they didn't even both to vacumn the living room rug, I emailed the owner to cancel my services and I never even heard back from her.  I would think the owner of a business would have provided some type of explanation, is there something I can do, sorry to hear from you, but I received nothing.

I had selected this company based on a coupon from Living Social and it's my personal opinion that they were overwhelmed with new business and not focused on quality.
