 + -1 moreThey were really responsive. It turned out that we can have a repair until next year. But we will replace it with United. If we had not known we would have had it replaced but it was really useful. I think they were fabulous. We communicated mostly through email but the bottom line is that the research they did on products that they do, it's Durolast and it's the best step out there. It's rated very highly on EPA website as well. They took pictures and forwarded them to me right away. I had no problems with them at all.
Description of Work: I got a bid from United Roofing Contractors to replace my roof in February.
