I met Tim Reid the owner and worked out the details and pricing which was way below the estimate of a previous roofer that worked my house. That roofer gave me an estimate of $6300 to cover my sunroom, compared to Tim's $2160. I mentioned Piedmont's pricing to the roofer who knew Tim, he then lowered his price to $3200. You decide. I went with Tim. It appears that the contractors within Fairfax County price out per neighborhood and Annandale calls for a premium. Tim agreed and suggested to always go with a contractor bid outside your County to get lower pricing for the same job. Tim feels for the common man and his prices are a bargain for the expertise and craftsmanship he offers. it is important to note that Tim installs 24 gauge metal panels which are thicker than what the competition offers. I am so pleased with the job that I can't wait to show off his work product to others in my neighborhood.

Tim Reed, the owner, was personally involved from start to finish. We first met him at a home show and were impressed with his customer focus. He was willing to travel some distance to perform the work on the two houses. The two houses are separated by some 60 miles. His crew took special effort to install the roofing while preserving the fiber cement siding on one house and the vinyl siding on the other. The quality of work is outstanding including the installation of two skylights. Cleanup was exceptional.
