All of the work he has done for us has been top notch.  Everything done on the gallery was done very professionally.  On two occasions during the gallery buildout i had to cancel his service because the other contractor was not ready for Bill to run the wires and install the housing and he adjusted his schedule to be accommodating. He did need to cut into the wall to run some wires and i wanted to do the wallboard repairs myself (i am really good at this) so i can't comment on his "patching skills".  The only problem we have had is that the electric eye failed, and all it took was a phone call and i came home two days later and the light was back ON!! The BEST part about his service is the following:  he is neat and clean when he works, he is very particular about how things are done, he shows up both on the day he says he will and he is on time.  In addition, he is great at problem solving. I believe his fees are very fair.  I would not hesitate to recommend him either to family or friends and will continue to use him for all our electrical service needs.
