I am extremely happy with the work done by Reds Restorations. The owner is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes pride in doing a good job. The quality of the work is first rate. He was able to handle unforeseen circumstances, such as repairs to subflooring and unexpected structural requirements for raising the ceiling in the kitchen. Even the engineer thought an extra support beam would not be required. It was and the work was done well, receiving compliments from the county inspectors. The cabinets were installed well and look great. The red oak hardwood floors and the porcelain tile in the kitchen and foyer are beautiful. The owner is also very attentive to the minor details that make a big difference in the finished product. He took the time to come up with a wooden edging for the foyer landing that matched the weathered gray look of the porcelain tiles. It's a great transition from the foyer to the hardwood floors in the living room. The people that he chooses to work with also do a great job. For example, the painter that he uses does excellent work. His workers are also pleasant and considerate. I highly recommend Reds Restorations. I have another project coming next spring, and I plan to use Red for that too.

Needed some work done on my townhome so that I could put it on the market. Mohammad was very responsive and worked with me to give me the best options for my money. The quoted price was within a few dollars of actual price. Work was completed on time and is of high quality.
