We changed to NuLeaf a year ago and our lawn has noticeably improved from our other lawn care company. The price is about the same but the results are much better

They came out and took a look at my lawn and did a fungicide program that saved my lawn. They did a great job. I'd give them an "A" overall and for everything but price, for price I'd give them a "B". I'll be using them again next year. My first impression was they were very professional. Had 1 guy come out to do the service. The first person that came out identified my problem, he had the advantage of looking at my lawn at my home versus having me taking a brick size piece of sod to other companies. No one else was able to diagnose it, he was able to let me know right away this is what is causing XYZ. He solved half the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable, Peter and then Matt is their chemical expert and he's very knowledgeable too. I have just enough knowledge to get myself in trouble but enough to have a conversation with them about different types of grasses and what not. I learned a lot from them.

It was tough to schedule due to weather. I had to make a few calls to get it scheduled. But they eventually gave me a schedule. You do get a good response from the secretary when you call. She relayed my concerns to the service tech.

Terribly. Took months with multiple calls to schedule. After 2 1/2 months since I bought the deal, one man came out (after rescheduling a few times) and said given the condition of our lawn, he had other ideas of how best to service it and would work up a proposal to apply the money that I spent through the Big Deal towards that. Never heard from him again, and I have followed up. I should've trusted my instincts when it took that long to schedule in the first place and multiple calls. I was naive and could've followed up more, but got busy and distracted myself.

1st application done. Waiting for other two, also aeration and seeding. Not able to provide an honest assessment of the quality of what has been done until it is all over. Asking for an assessment of the lawn service is premature on my behalf and Nu Leaf. Ask this question in December or later in order to truly determine the quality of the results.

Our yard looked better after the treatments. The first two treatments went well until I tried to schedule our last application.  They stopped responding to my messages and phone calls. It took a couple weeks just to finally get a hold of someone.

I called each time to make sure the three environmentally safe treatments were performed close to the schedule, which was supposed to be every 6 weeks.  When I called for a repeat visit after the first treatment appeared to have missed some weed treatment, the additional call was made promptly.  Overall, we were satisfied with the service and it was as advertised.  However, I would not repeat this three treatment special, and would instead opt for a full year schedule, starting earlier in the Spring and going till late Fall.

Very low key.  They came out twice.  They look like I have a little fewer weeds.  The last time they came and they didn't tell me so I could coordinate the service with mowing the lawn.  Very easy. 

Team showed up and executed in very professional manner, on time!

It went pretty well.  We did not get a call from the provider prior to them arriving.  We just happened to be walking to our driveway when we saw their truck.

They did a pretty good job. I would give them good ratings, I'm pretty happy with them, and I would recommend them to others.
