Estatepro Home Inspection Services
About us
Our goal is to provide you with the absolute best home inspection experience you will ever have, so we treat your time, money, and property as if they were our own! At EstatePro we believe that one of the most precious assets anyone has, is time, which is why we go above and beyond to make sure that your time investment is not wasted. Here are just a few things we do to ensure you get the most from your investment: We arrive 30 minutes before each appointment to inspect the exterior of the property, which reduces your time at the home inspection. We provide you with the tools necessary to record carpet measurements, drapery measurements, and square footage calculations during the inspection. We give you the opportunity to make the most of your time while you are at the home inspection and eliminate the need for you to re-visit the property to obtain this and other vital information. Quality is of the utmost importance to us; therefore, our inspections are thorough and complete; we will not sacrifice quality for expediency. At the end of the inspection, your inspector will explain everything in the report in detail and provide you with a summary highlighting items of importance within the report. We believe that nobody needs to spend time investigating and repairing a problem that could have been avoided by early detection. In order to maintain the highest level of education, EstatePro Inspectors are required to attain a minimum of 20 hours of training annually. EstatePro Inspectors have been trained by Inspection Training Associates (ITA) and have passed the National Inspectors Exam. ITA is nationally recognized by ASHI, the largest home inspection association in the United States. EstatePro Home Inspection Services was founded by Richard (Rick) Henry along with Michelle Henry. With over 35 years’ experience in residential construction, renovation & remodeling, Rick has personally experienced every facet of home construction here in the Mid-Atlantic. This type of exposure gives Rick keen insight into home system deficiencies and the potential damage related to such deficiencies. Rick has worked closely with one of the largest home developers in the country performing hundreds of quality inspections resulting in detailed exposure to development trends, standards, and building codes. Michelle brings over 25 years business experience in corporate America, which gives her the knowledge and experience necessary to head up Business Development. One of Michelle's responsibilities is to ensure that our clients consistently receive quality inspections in a convenient, concise, and timely manner regardless of who is assigned to the inspection. Michelle has put systems in place to ensure a positive and pleasant home inspection experience time after time. Thank you for considering EstatePro Home Inspection Services and we look forward to impressing you!

If something wasn't working, he didn't just accept it as being broken, he would toggle with other switches or valves in other areas just to make sure that there wasn't something simple that was preventing normal function. He thoroughly investigated every defect so that I would know as much as possible about the property. I received the report the very next day because I had to leave a few minutes before the inspection was complete. The report has pictures of everything with detailed explanations and is nearly 50 pages long!
I feel like I know my new house inside and out and I could not be more thankful for the service that EstatePro Home Inspection provided. I originally called them after getting a good reference from one of my family members, and I will be referring my other friends and family members to them as well. Even my realtor (who was present with me through the entire inspection) said that she was very impressed and that she had never seen such a thorough inspection before.
