Bil-Co helped us from the very beginning. Their estimate was detailed and fair. We purchased our own components, but they provided expert advice on our selections. When we started the project, Bil-Co was very conscious of their time to complete, yet they never rushed through each phase, providing much attention to detail. We felt like we had an advocate making sure things were done correctly. The results were excellent. Nancy and Bill are a great team. We look forward to our next project with them.

Last year we did major home remodeling with Bil-co Builders, finishing our basement and remodeling the kitchen, and since working with Nancy and Bill had been such a great experience over all, we asked them again this time to do the work on our bathrooms and, as expected, the job turned out great. What we like about Bil-co builders is that the quality of their work is excellent, they take pride in their work and have always given us a very fair price. Since both my husband and I are complete laymen when it comes to home repairs we have to trust Nancy and Bill and we completely do. The dripping hot water handle, for example, could have been potentially a bigger problem. Had Bill not made the extra effort to access the pipes inside from the shower wall, potentially a wall in the adjacent room would have had to be opened which would have made the repair more costly for us. Bill has been in the business for many years and he certainly knows his job and does excellent work without ever trying to overcharge for it. He and his wife Nancy work very well as a team. She does all the estimates, proposals, contracts and scheduling. They are very friendly and personable and really easy to work and negotiate with which is very important when it comes to bigger remodeling jobs. Based on this recent bathroom job, and last year's remodeling I can highly recommend Bil-Co builders for any kind of home remodeling project, home repairs and paint jobs. Whenever they complete their work, I'm left with this good feeling of having received high quality work for a very reasonable price.
