Jeff was great. He was on time as promised and informed us of all the details of what he would be doing....very personable. The job was more labor intensive than expected but, he made the tub look brand new. We were very happy with the results and would absolutely hire him again.

More than a fair price. Excellent work. Third tub they have repaired for me. Will never use anyone else as long as they are in business!

It went very well. Jeff came on time. I hired him about 3 years ago for another reglazing job. That tub is still working. This tub was glazed about 2 years ago with another contractor. It starts to peel after two years. Replacing or putting a liner will cost more than 2000$. I decided to reglaze again. And this time I go with Jeff.

Jeff was a true professional, he informed me that while he could strip and refinish the tile surround it might be more cost effective to just hire someone to demo and re-tile it, so that is what I ended up doing. Jeff did strip and clean my tub. After he was done stripping the tub he informed me that it looked great and that didn't need to be refinished as previously thought. He ended up charging me his base cleaning fee and saved me some time and money.

Jeff did a great job cleaning all of the bathtubs and surrounding tile in our house. We originally thought that we would need to refinish the tubs, but after Jeff examined them he said that refinishing wasn't necessary and that cleaning would make them look great. He was right!!! Even though it cost Jeff money, he's an honest and hard working person and does what's best for his customers. Highly recommend Jeff to anyone needing to give their bathrooms a lift!!!

The owner of Bathroom Magic did the work personally. He was careful and did a great job. First he masked off the bathroom surfaces with plastic sheeting and blue tape to make sure that the sprayed finish would not touch anything but the tub. Then he used a powerful fan venting system that sent fumes through a tunnel and vented out a nearby bedroom window. He completely cleaned off the old paint, prepped for the new finish, and applied the new finish all in one day. When I noticed a few places where the finish had attached to lint, I called him and he immediately made arrangements to return and fixed it to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with Bathroom Magic and highly recommend them to anyone who has a tub that is still sturdy but just needs to look better.

Fabulous. Jeff Millar was super friendly, very informative, flexible, and professional. He explained all the steps, was very careful about protecting the rest of the bathroom, set up fans to draw out the paint odors, and applied many layers of primer and paint. The job took about 5 hours, which matched his estimate. He left me with a solid lesson on how to take care of a tub's finish, noting that in the past I probably broke most of his DO's and DON'Ts. The tub looks like new and we couldn't be happier

Excellent. Jeff is the ultimate professional - shows up on time, knows his stuff and does the job with perfection. I interviewed seven tub refinishing companies. I eliminated the other six based on their proposed methodology to fix the one tub that had major issues at the overflow drain. Jeff proposed the only solution that made sense and it worked out flawlessly. If you have tub issues, you need look no further than Bathroom Magic. My tubs look like they were just installed new out of the box. Amazing - two thumbs up!!

Excellent. Jeff is very communicative and clear about explaining the process, setting expectations about the results and what the cost will be. He's a total pro. I have an old tub, original to the house, and he explained that it would be hard to get it to look perfect, but he undersold his work, because it looks like new. He also took great care to protect the area around the work, clean up after and left me with really clear instructions for how the finish should cure and how to care for it going forward. He's had his business for nearly 3 decades and it shows. I highly recommend him.

I liked that they were very fast. I liked their price.? They were not the cheapest ones, but they weren't outrageously expensive. He did exactly what he said he was going to do.? It was a quality job.? He was very straightforward through the whole process.??Very professional. He did a very good job.? I hope I never have to have this again but yes I would use these guys if I did.? He just knew his stuff.

They did a good job. I noticed a scratch on the side of the tub, probably made when the tech was leaving, and they sent someone out to touch it up.

The owner Jeff Miller was very good about returning my phone calls and keeping me informed of when to expect the work to be done.   Lead Technician Kevin showed up on time and wasted no time in getting to work.  He sealed the bathroom and used a compressor to vent the air out of the bathroom through  the washroom window.   Work completed in 3 hours and looks fantastic!!!

Proprietor Jeff Miller was very professional, asked me all the right questions to size up the job and gave me a range of prices $425-600 depending on the actual level of work.  Kevin arrived punctually (a company promise and objective) reglazed the bathtub while venting the fumes outside through a rear bedroom window.  My wife is very sensitive to smells and none permeated our townhouse while Kevin was working!!  The process took about 4 hours and the results were beautiful.  Kevin left us with tips for maintaining the sparkling finish.  In addition Bathroom Magic offered a 3 year limited warranty transferable to a new owner with a phone call within one moth of settlement.  Who else does that?!  I would not hesitate to use the company again and highly recommend them to my fellow Angie's list members!!
