I THINK IT WENT RATHER POORLY OVERALL. I WAS TOLD THE WORK COULD BE DONE ON A SATURDAY. INSTEAD IT WAS DONE AFTER 5 ON A WEEKDAY, AND WAS RUSHED. AFTER REQUESTING OUTSIDE INSTALLATION AT CONTRACTING, THE INSTALLERS CLAIMED IT COULDN'T BE DONE. MY INSIDE TRIM WAS TORN UP. I HAD REQUESTED SPRAY FOAM INSULATION; THE INSTALLER SAID IT WASN'T POSSIBLE. THE WRAPS ON THE OUTSIDE WERE INSTALLED POORLY, AS WELL AS POOR CAULKING. I MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT MR. HAYNIE TO RECTIFY. UPON PICK UP OF THE MAJORITY OF PAYMENT HE CLAIMED IT WOULD BE FIXED OVER THE NEXT WEEK. HE NEVER SHOWED TO FIX. THE FINAL WINDOW WAS INSTALLED LATER. I ASKED THE INSTALLER (SAME AS BEFORE) TO FIX THE WRAPS. HE DIDN'T AND LEFT MY HOUSE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OF COMPLETION FOR INSPECTION. NO ONE HAS RETURNED PHONE CALLS. I STILL OWE $80 AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO PAY IT IF THE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO SATISFACTION. INSTEAD, I'M LEFT FEELING LIKE IT IS ONE OF THE POOREST EXPERIENCES WITH A CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER HAD.

"In response to the home owner's 2 requests to complete this job to his satisfaction, the first being the issue of the nails. I am more than happy to paint the nails that were already white to match the trim but the fact remains that they will still be able to be seen. And over the course of time, the weather will strip the paint away. The second request of fixing the wraps - The wraps were installed per the paperwork and more importantly they were installed in the only way they could be due to the construction of the window opening. The only way to fix them is to completely rebuild the sills which was not in accordance to his contract. - Chuck Loving, Supervisor."
