The workmanship was excellent but dealing with the supervisor was difficult. The worker was constantly being moved to other projects while ours was waiting. We were told not to pay until the end of the job, then were threatened by the owner with a collection agency. There was an obvious lack of communication between the owner and supervisor. Job also took way longer that what we were told due to interruptions.

Excellent. Could not have asked for a better job. Very thorough quotation. Much more detail than a competitor's quote. Very professional installation and clean-up up well when the job was complete. I believe the value was excellent, too. No complaints, except it has now led to them replacing the shower stall because the floor looked so good.

Danny did a great job - a bit slower than I would have liked but it was well done.

We had them do a new tile shower and floor in our master bathroom. I first met with Scott to go over the projet. A couple weeks later, Danny came out to do the work and did an excellent job. We felt very comfortable with him right away and his strive for perfection really impressed us. We would definitely hire again.

Work unsatisfactory and we would not recommend this company to anyone. Work was NOT guaranteed in our case  . We had to hire professional plumber and contractor to finish the job and correct the leak in the shower.  This is just the tip of the iceberg. I don't know why we had this awful experience and the other reviews look fine. Disheartening and so disappointing that we paid this owner to treat us so poorly.

Kitchen came out very well.  Neat workers, did not damage anything else, did what they said they would.  Very professional.  Nice, neat grout work.

Master Bathroom looks great.  Work done over a couple of months and never had a problem with any of the employees or work.

Wife and daughter call our new shower a "spa."   Good guys to work with.  Will use again. 

They did a great job! The men were very professional, and the price was reasonable.

The experience was great! All of the folks who worked on our project were punctual and professional, and left the space better than they found it. The quality of the work is outstanding, and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Scott Bourne & his staff.

I had a very unusual pattern. The worker was really nice and a nice guy. Came back the next day and checked everything. He was very professional.
