Phone Service - Cellular
The agent was not able to reduce the rental fees but after looking at my account he found some other ways to save a few bucks. This reduced my monthly bill by enough to satisfy my original request. More importantly, my agent was very helpful and courteous. He handled the problem quickly and efficiently. When calling cable providers in the past I have often been underwhelmed with the service level provided. This gentleman managed to exceed my expectations and left me feeling good about my transaction.
