We located this contractor through friends and were very pleased when we were able to get an appointment within the same week. This particular year we have struggled to keep the ants out of our home. After the first spraying we were still having some ant troubles and the staff came again (no charge) and applied another spray. Finally the ants have decided to stay clear of the home. I have agreed to a quarterly contract with them and appreciate the fact that I don't have to remind them to come and service my home. The young man who has been out the last couple of times has been friendly, courteous and ver willing to answer my questions. If you are not at home the company has the technician leave a door hanger notifying you that they have been there. The only reason I rank the professionalism as a and quot;Band quot; is due to the work attire of the gentleman performing the spraying. I realize that these employees are involved in a dirty job however it may be useful for them to have a uniform associating them with the company.

I send them a check, then make an appointment for them to come out. They are a good company. I have been using them 10 or 15 years. I am a real estate agent, and they do the home inspections for me, before closing. I'll continue to use their services in the future.
