Tri-Co Appliance Service

It's now been about 7 months and he still hasn't come out to finish that part of the job. I've tried calling him several times and he has never called me back. We have already paid for the service, and he does great work. We just need him to come out and complete it.

Great job. Bill's ability to repair parts not just replace the is very impressive. This is the second appliance he's repaired for me and I will continue to use him.

Very professional explained what was wrong and repaired it. Tumbler wheel was frozen (replaced, others lubricated. He also repaired small separation in tumbler housing.

Was quick to call back and make appointment, arrived on time, almost
immediately diagnosed the problem and began working on it.  Took the
freezer compartment apart, defrosted the coils, then replaced the part
which was allowing the build up.  Put the freezer back together, cleaned up the considerable mess.  Wow.  Great service.  Thank you!

They set up the initial outing, and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes.  They called LG, and got the warranty under way, and then ordered the new motherboard while they were still at my house.
They came out about a week later when the motherboard had been delivered to them and did the work in about 15 minutes, causing minimal disruptions and leaving absolutely ZERO mess behind at all.  They were quick, professional, and I got the sense that they treated my appliance like it was their own.
I would absolutely use them again for appliance repair work.

He can fix any appliance. He has fixed multiple appliances for me. He's really good. He is the only one I call when I need an appliance repaired. He is reasonably priced.

It went great. Bill was knowledgable about our washer, and many others. Left me with a and quot;fixand quot; in case we ever run into the same problem a few years from now, for no charge!. I would highly recommend him!

When I submitted my warranty claim on the LG website, they selected a local service company who were difficult to get in touch with, slow to schedule an appointment, did not schedule the appointment during the hours I told them would work for me, and did not seem to know what they were doing once they arrived. I was told they'd need to order parts but did not hear from them AND could not get in touch with them after a week, so I asked LG to cancel that service company and send me someone else To my good fortune Mr. Bill Trice of Tri-Co came to the house that same afternoon. He actually opened up the microwave, used tools to test the unit, and ordered the parts over the phone from his truck before he left the premises. He came the day after the parts arrived and got things repaired and tested quickly. Mr. Trice is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work and I will absolutely call him for any future appliance issues, warranty or not.
