I called RL Nash at 6 AM, they immediately returned the call and I had
someone at my door in less than 90 minutes. My service was back to
normal within 30 minutes.

The installation job was excellent. And my first season of a/c has been fabulous -- house-wide cooling at less than half last year's electric bill.
Richard Nash did a meticulous job of designing the placement of the units, patiently explaining the pros and cons of different options presented by obstacles found in a small, older house. RL Nash did the installation work himself with a helper. He was punctual, neat and professional.
