When the representative from the company, Tyler, arrived at my home he rang the doorbell and I went downstairs to open the garage door which I did and he was standing in front of the garage door at that time. The winterization took about 15 minutes and I closed the garage door when he was gone. I had an appointment and was preparing to leave shortly thereafter but the garage door malfunctioned and it wouldn't open. I phoned the irrigation company to question whether the young man had attempted to open my garage from outside before I opened it for him. He said he did not. I had to cancel the appointment since I could not get my car out front he garage. Seven years ago when a worker for a realtor tried to open my garage door from outside, the identical situation occurred but he repaired it. Since then I have been opening the garage door on a daily basis with no difficulty. The fire department managed to open the garage door the next day so I was able to move my car out. I had contacted a garage door repairman the day of the incident but he was unable to lift the garage door. He did say that the door required replacement which I have scheduled with another company. I am not one to ascribe blame indiscriminately but the occurrence is just too coincidental especially since the garage door had been working perfectly up until that very day.

I called on Columbus Day, and the owner answered the phone and scheduled the technician to come out the following day. The technician arrived right on time, fixed the broken pipe on the backflow, showed me how to de-winterize and winterize the system, confirmed all zones were working: one had a broken pipe, which he fixed. We discussed general maintenance and operations of the irrigation system. He configured the zones with his suggested timing. I was expecting a $250 bill based on other contractors I've had come help with things around the house, but my total was $138. 10/10, I would definitely recommend these Raindrop Irrigation if you need help with your irrigation system!

I was in a bind because my house was supposed to close in just a couple of days and the original contractor backed out at the last minute. This repair was last item from home inspection that needed correcting and they were able to come out the same day to complete the repair.

They were prompt with their estimate and because we were scheduling this somewhat last minute, they installed our system on the weekend to fit us in. We also ended up needing some type of filtering system to filter out iron that was turning our hardscaping yellow/orange. Connor did the research and found a system that would work for us. We now don't have to think about watering the planting beds, but also have plenty of extra zones available for future irrigation needs.
