Mr Repair & Maintenance Man

After a visit from Grout RX we were advised that the loose tiles near the shower in the master bathroom required more than grout repair and James Bragg was recommended. After pulling up tiles, James discovered a damp floor and evidence of termites. After the pest control folks verified and treated for termites, James removed all the tiles and went underneath the house and repaired minor damage to the joist. He was up to date on the latest products and methods to use for mold and damp control and understood joists, construction, etc. He replaced whatever that stuff is that goes under tile and did a meticulous job installing new tile and painting the bathroom. James is a real professional. He called each morning to advise his arrival time and was prompt. The guys who worked with him were also knowledgable and real pros. Everyone was very tidy. We will be using James for other work such as remodeling our attic. He also builds houses and his real love is masonry and stonework. He's a gem....can't believe I found him.
