Problem first started mid July with Dominion and only finished mid Oct. Wes at Mallory electrical was a patient level headed project manager, trying to coordinate the upgrade with the weather, Dominion and the City of Richmond, and often kept me from blowing my top. Having this happen in one day without power interruption was the equivalent of shooting an asteroid hurdling toward earth off its path. Wes did it! He put an extraordinary effort of "offline" time and energy making phone calls, addressing e-mails with all parties.

They did a phenomenal job installing the generator outlet and at a price that was less than half the cost of every other quote I received, which even included the 50 amp generator cord (this is a very expensive item that no other electrician was providing in their price, despite even being higher). They were fast, professional, and the install was perfect; the outlet looks like it was part of the house when it was built. He even spent the time needed to simulate a power outage, tested everything out to make sure it operated correctly, and walked me through how to hook up the generator. I was also shown how to operate the generator itself, which I didn't even buy from them, and he gave some really helpful tips on overall maintenance. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work in the Richmond area, and I'll definitely continue using them.

Wes provided a very competitive price; showed up when he said he would;

kept me informed during the ordering/delivery process; performed the

installation as requested; and followed up after all was done to make sure

everything worked as expected. There was one glitch with the battery charger

which he promptly identified and corrected.



I'm completely satisfied with the installation and will not hesitate to use Wes for future needs.
