LR Rice Irrigation

Fixed multiple heads and a zone that was not coming on. A couple of weeks later, the same problem was happening with the zone not working. Called/text for a return visit. Got only one response to my 7. Voicemail box was full as well. Never showed interest in returning to remedy the situation. Would not recommend this company.

It has always gone very well. I have used their services in the Milestone neighborhood in Mechanicsville for over 10 years, and recommended him to my neighbors. You can not go wrong with him in quality of work or in price.

He arrived early and was done promptly. Good service.

Staff was punctual and friendly. They performed the service quickly and at a rate that was half the cost of other providers. I was originally skeptical because the company does not have a website, a BBB rating, or an overly professional phone line. I imagined someone on the other end of the line writing my appointment request down on a post-it note, and I worried that they wouldn't show as expected. However, I was pleasantly surprised despite the bare-bones operation. I ended up purchasing a package deal that included winterization and spring start-up of my irrigation system.

I was offered a "package price" to pay for the winterization and spring treatment up once and get a discount. The winterization went great until spring rolled around and LR Rice wouldn't return my calls or answer the phone. I guess he decided that since I already paid for the Spring service, he wasn't going to return and perform it.
