They did an excellent job, ceiling looks great! Will probably hire them again next year to install recess lighting in our living room.

They have a fantastic reputation. We're looking to install a new roof, and they were so happy to give us advice on how to work around the electrical wiring from lightening protection. This was long after they had done the work for us. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

I used them to replace a water heater. They were being sub-contracted by Capitol Oil, who quoted me $95/hour labor. Lohr was on site slightly less than an hour, and on leaving, he told me I could give him $5 for material. When I went to write a check, he said never mind, he would just bill me. I received a bill for $212.90, which included $150 labor, and $62.90 for material. When questioned about this discrepancy, they told me that they charge for travel. According to Capitol Oil, their travel charges were included in the quote, and any reasonable person would assume sub-contractors would abide by the general contractor's quote. Also on the way out, I asked Lohr if he wanted me to pay for material. He replied that I could give him $5, but when he saw that I was going to write a check, he told me to not worry about it. So somehow, $5 worth of material turned into $62.90. The bottom line is not to use these guys-they are cheats.

I first tried to hang the ceiling fan. It appeared the box wasn't right. So I called Lohr to replace the box and hang the fan. They thought they could hang it with the existing box (it was better because it was metal). They made the adjustments and did it. They were polite, respectful and they came when they said they would come. The fan's flush, no wabbles. They even cleaned up. Kudos for Lohr. Excellent company.

They did a beautiful job. They also cleaned up well even as they did the work. I was very happy with every aspect of the job. The work was done in one day, so there were minimal interruptions in my lifestyle. The people were very nice, too.
