They were easy to work. They did what they said they gonna do, exceeded our expectations and responsive when there is needed to be corrected. I recommend them to our neighbors.

The project started with getting several bids.  Mr Kirby showed up on-time and listened to our request.  Initially we wanted a retaining wall put it along with a patio.  The retaining wall was quite expensive due to the length of the wall.  Mr Kirby provided an alternate solution which was to regrade the yard.  Once we had selected Kirby's, we got onto the schedule.  They were on-time each day and provided updates along the way.  Any issue we had, they found a solution.  Of course, some of the options had additional costs, but the cost were legitimate and outside the original quote.  The patio looks great and we are very happy with the results.

Perfect service! Professional and very attention to detail, creative, very personable.  I would recommend him to anyone. He was not the least expensive but definitely worth it to be worry free.

They performed a spectacular job! We are getting our house ready to list and wanted to give some extra curb appeal. the wow factor that Charles and his staff provided was well worth the investment. Would highly recommend them for all landscaping needs for anyone.

I've been using them for 2 to 3 years. They do good work. The grass grew and was fine. They just do what they said they were going to. They are nice to work with.

This report is made almost a year after the project was completed. My delay was not intentional, but having a year with our new back yard has made me even more satisfied. The workmanship is holding up very nicely and it is great to have a yard that we can use.
The project was delayed by heavy rains from the remnants of Hurricane Irene. Once Kirby started the project, it took approximately three weeks to complete. We have dogs that will wander away if they escape our fenced yard. Each day, Kirby's crew would remove our gated section of fence to gain access to the yard and then replace the fence at the end of the day to allow us to let our dogs out in the yard. The work crew was very efficient and arrived promptly (not too early) each day. If we had questions, Charles Kirby would promptly respond. When they completed the project, the crew cleaned up the area and consolidated the left over pavers and few wall stones in a central location. At the start of the project, we were concerned that the fence (gate) would not be re-installed properly. Those concerns were not warranted as the gate works better now than before the project. Their attention to detail and their work was superior. I highly recommend Kirby Landscaping.

Responsive and thorough from start to finish

I also used Kirby's last year for trees and they did excellent with that as well. They did such an excellent job this year, too. I really believe that I got exactly what I paid for. I really like it. They have a good grain of mulch. It was just absolutely perfect. I will have them back again definitely next year.
