+ -1 moreVery efficient, clearly knew the system very well even though it is an older setup. Came up with a solution that was easy and required no parts. He made sure that everything was working as originally set up before leaving.
Description of Work: Diagnosed dead extension problem as a problem in the switch box. Swapped for another extension and reprogrammed system
