John with House Call is an IT expert who did an outstanding job helping me get my PC up to speed. I was so happy with the results, and his professionalism, that I signed up for his managed services. Now I'm confident that I can do online banking and use other internet services without worrying about whether my PC's security is being compromised. It's a great feeling. I've already recommended House Call to several of my friends.

It was good. The person was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Our computer worked pretty well for a while and it kind of slow down again but it's an old computer. They did a good job. My interaction with them was fine. They were real knowledgeable. They gave us some tips for the future so that was good. If our computer would completely work, they would have a better grade. It dies. It didn't completely fix it but I think it's just because it's so old.

Arrived exactly on time. Booted computer from a CD-ROM and rolled back the computer to a date when the system was operating properly. The price was exactly what was quoted on the telephone. In my opinion, a very reasonable price.
Yes, I would use this service again (although I hope that won't be necessary!).

Since the issue concerned the connection between my laptop and my router it could not be fixed by taking it to a computer repair shop.  Also, since I often load my own software, etc., I wanted to see just what the problem was, so I could learn from the experience.  Mr. Stolte was knowledgeable and personable.  His approach to the diagnosis made sense to me, and it was completely successful.

He is very knowledgeable.  He did a great job with all of my computer problems. Set up my printer AGAIN!!  And also set up a new lap top.  Also give me information on a book to buy to help me to understand windows 8 in a visual way.

John was very professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable compared to other repairmen we have hired in the past.  He wasn't ready to cut and run as soon as he fixed one problem but continued to work until he had the computer working properly.  My husband and I enjoyed talking with him and felt that he took interest in doing a thorough job.  The computer has worked great since he was here and we would not hesitate to call him if we have another problem.
