John was very professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable compared to other repairmen we have hired in the past. He wasn't ready to cut and run as soon as he fixed one problem but continued to work until he had the computer working properly. My husband and I enjoyed talking with him and felt that he took interest in doing a thorough job. The computer has worked great since he was here and we would not hesitate to call him if we have another problem.
