It is a place to leave our pets if we are going on a weekend. I would never use them again. I would call them daily to check on our dog to inquire if she is eating and they would say yes she is eating and drinking and she is fine. When we picked her up we found out the same of food that we dropped off was still in the bag. Her eyes were sunken in and she looked very hydrated. She looked sick. I would never go back because they lied.

Fantastic, so much so that my dogs were not excited to see me after nearly a month. They did not want to leave. When I went to look at the facility before I left I was very impressed. The fenced in play area is huge and they have a very clean 2 tier swimming pool. The yard was turf which was spotless. The inside was very clean as well. When I took my dogs it was and quot;nap timeand quot; for the other dogs so I was able to go in the yard with my dogs and watched them get adjusted and swim for a little while. After a few days away, the wonderful staff sent me photos of my dogs playing and swimming and it made me feel at ease. When I went to pick my pups up they had received the pre pick up grooming and bath that I had requested which was nice.

I boarded my dog for five days; it would have been six, but I decided to pick him up early. I called to say I was on my way. When they brought my dog out he was soaking wet. It had been raining and I know dogs have to go out even in bad weather, but it didn't look like they had made any attempt to dry him off. I had left a Tshirt with him for my scent - it too was soaked. I asked why it was so wet and the response was and quot;he'd been laying on itand quot;. I could understand it being damp - but it was soaked!
I asked how my dog had been while I was gone and the person I asked looked confused. I said and quot;he's never been boarded before, so how did it go?and quot; She said she didn't know and went away to check. When she came back she said he had done and quot;fineand quot;. That was it, no elaboration, just he'd done and quot;fineand quot;. I noticed when I got home that there were 1 and one half vitamins
left over from his stay. There should have been only one vitamin. The instructions I left said he was to get one whole tab (broken into two parts) given at one time per day.
The people I dealt with were professional but not friendly. I got the impression that they didn't care about my dog at all - perhaps because he wasn't neutered...I don't know, but I won't use them again even if they are the closest kennel to my house.

This was the third time we have boarded our Bengal with this provider. We feel very safe and comfortable about leaving Gracie here as she is very well taken care of and happy. The first time we left her it was her first time away from us and she didn't understand. Each time she has been more relaxed and happier. She had little adjustment time at home this time and we didn't call like we had before. We take her blanket, bed, food and litter so her surroundings are as normal as possible. She gets exercise and has a larger area here than at other areas. We check her after each visit and there are no fleas etc.

I liked them a lot and I have used them before. If they have your dog once they act like they remember them. They treat your dog like it is your baby. When you go there it is an open fence and you can see other dogs there. The chain link fence is high but it looks like a playground or a day care center. When you take your dog there it feels like you are dropping your child off there. My dog is excited to go there. It is a nice setting and they have a pool out there. It is just very open to what they do. I don't think their price was outrageous.

She has separation anxiety so I'm trying to get her used to being without me for the day, so I can leave her if I have to. It is very clean. There's a lot of play space for the dogs. They have some crates, but there are also open walkin pens. I'll continue to use them.

Karen is the best dog groomer out there. She knows dogs and their temperments and cares about their comfort level. I have a large dog with bad arthritis and she is so gentle and loving with him. she works Mondays, Fridays and half a day on Saturday. LOVE her!

There is not a chance in h*** I would EVER recommend Hanover Your Pet (HYP) to anyone, ever. Why? Print out a copy of their Agreement to Participate and Liability Waiver from their website. Now READ it. If you’ve been taking your beloved pets to HYP, here’s a summary of the jeopardy you’ve been putting them in: ... I agree that in the event of a loss or damage caused by the negligence of Hanover Your Pet LLC, the only remedy available to me shall be the refund of any moneies that I have paid Hanover Your Pet LLC for the most recent invoice. ... I understand that I shall not hold Hanover Your Pet LLC responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting directly or indirectly from any injury to or loss of my pet(s).” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! Anyone who feels the need to have their clients waive any and all liability of the well-being of their pet while in its care, INCLUDING those “allegedly attributable to the negligent acts or omissions of Hanover Your Pet LLC or their staff” leaves me feeling anything but comfortable. In fact, it raises a serious red flag. Is HYP planning on being negligent while caring for my pet? I can not comprehend why this statement would EVER be included in a liability waiver unless HYP has been or is currently behaving in a negligent manner. No one would ask their clients to waive this kind of liability unless there’s a reasonable chance that someone’s pet is going to die in your care as a result of your negligence. To which I ask, why is HYP even in business?! No daycare facility could ever do business like this. It is as if because we’re dealing dogs and not babies it’s okay to injure and kill them and not be liable for it. Does anyone else see the absurdity? While being able to take our pets to a place where they can play and have fun is always outstanding, the first and foremost concern of any pet owner is the overall well-being and safety of his pet; playtime and fun are secondary. If a kennel does not believe it can safely and completely care for my pet, it shouldn’t be in business. Period.

I think my dog had a great time. They have a large grassed play area with carport-like structures to provide shelter and shade. At night the dogs stay in humane-society-style kennels (concrete with a chain link gate), The kennels do have cots so the dogs won't have to sleep on the concrete floor. The main receptionist was unfriendly, but the staff person who took my dog back and who took me on a tour was very nice.
