I was pleased with the price. I had to keep emailing back and forth so finally it was done. I guess that's where my downfall was. I don't know if they were busy or what but I kept thinking they were coming and I had to keep emailing. Again, I just don't know what the issue was because I wasn't told. I still want them to have the B but maybe a C in responsiveness. I wasn't given a time. They just showed up and took care of it for me because I wasn't there. I wasn't there but they did it. I didn't have a time that they were coming that day.

I was extremely pleased with the service and results.  I obtained three quotes.  Hanover Trees was comparable to one other quote, both of which were lower than the third (considerably lower).  But between Hanover Trees and the one to whom he was comparable, Hanover Trees just had me 'feeling better' about their knowledge, advice, expertise, professionalism, and safety.  And he (Joe, the owner), came back, in person, about a week after providing the estimate, unsolicited, to talk about the estimate and 'pitch' the job (in a way that was appreciated, not annoying). 
The work was done quickly (he found a last-minute opening), very well, and cleaned up very nicely.  Joe called to make sure I was happy with it.
