Footprints Floors of Virginia

I purchased the flooring and was given their company as a possible installer. I am totally happy with their installation and will use them in the future

My husband and I recently purchased our first home, a charming 46-year-old Cape Cod, and our oak floors were in need of a little TLC. After getting quotes from a few different flooring companies, I knew Footprints was the company for the job. Scott was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident the job would be done well, correctly, completely, and in a timely fashion. We were fortunate they were able to complete the project before we had to officially move in. And now the previously neglected hardwood in our new home looks stunning and natural! They even replaced some boards where there was significant pet damage and it all blends so seamlessly and beautifully! Cannot recommend Scott, Jose, and the team enough! Thank you!

Very professional. Cleaned up behind themselves. I do think the cost was a bit high but work was done and looks great very happy with end results.

They showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with my floors.

Cannot fully say but it seems footprints floors sub hired someone else to do the job, who wasted the flooring I paid for then needed to get more. after the job was done they tacked on hidden fees which they side at the start the price would not go up without my knowledge. then left tools and other stuff they brought in at my house after the job. Also, they do not do online paying only checks.

Prompt response for estimate. The work was carried out in a very professional manner. they scheduled the work to cause the least disruption. They were willing to dialogue with me and incorporate my ideas into the execution of the project. The finished project turned out better than our expectations. They employed a true craftsman to do our floors. I would highly recommend Footprints Floors without reservation.

Very prompt & courteous service! I needed a repair & replacement of several tiles in my kitchen. Scott called right away, scheduled a service call & set up the repair. The job was completed within days. His team is the Best!

Unreliable, changed the schedule repeatedly on me. Often on the same day. The job was not completed until almost a week after the initial schedule.
