We had to have gate fixed so it would close, need additional post added to section of fence, and there are still many picks that need to be replaced because their are knots that fell out of them or wood is split or bowed. They did not use a good quality of wood. They said we have a year warranty with them and they will replace the wood in October... but not sure if that will happen. I wished I had paid more and gotten a better quality fence. Very sad.

We contracted Fences Unlimited to replace all of our 4 foot fence gate add a new gate and put the lift out 8 foot section back in. We decided to use the week of 8/12 for the work to be done because we would be gone and would not have to worry about our dog not having a fenced in area while they worked. When we came home on Friday evening we were shocked to find a muddy mess of saw dust and dirt all over our driveway, fence posts cut uneven, the lift out gate only 6 feet and done not to our liking, holes left from old post removal, our phone cord dug up and left exposed, a few nails left in driveway and they even dumped extra dirt behind our trees along our fence line. We could not call until Monday as they were not open on the weekend. After we called the owner and his son did come out to see the fence and met with my husband. After a bit of explaining, they agreed to come and fix all of our complaints the next day and even add a few stones to match our patio where the new replacement gate was made wider. The work crew and son did show up as expected. My husband made a point to be home to watch over and make sure all was completed as we asked. They buried the phone cord, evened out the fence pickets, corrected the lift out gate and filled in the post holes. Course a worker was caught again dumping dirt behind our trees and we had to ask that they remove it and for the most part they did and smoothed out what was left. They forgot the stones for the patio which I think was just an added touch to try and make us feel better. They borrrowed our broom to sweep off the dirt on the driveway as they did not have any equipment to clean up with. All in all they did come back and comply with all the repairs and left us with a nice looking fence. We were just so unhappy that we had to have them come back out and make so many repairs. This will be a company we never call back for repeat business.

Everything went well. They did a nice job and we were happy with the fence.

These folks did as much as they could. Did a nice job with the fence and they fixed a leaning post in my lawn. They came when they were supposed to, did what I asked, and they were courteous.

Overall it went very well. They were busy and were going to take a day or two longer than the quoted 5 days to come back and put the wire chainlink on the posts, but they were backed up due to the rain. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Fencing Unlimited on 6/1 requesting an estimate and their sales manager came to my house on 6/5. We discussed the type of fencing that I wanted and he went over all of the options that I had as far as style of fence and he also offered some advice regarding the aesthetics of the fence in relationship to my yard. He then took measurements and wrote up an estimate for me on the spot and the whole process took about half hour. After contacting two other fencing companies for estimates I decided to go with Fencing Unlimited because they had the lowest price and they offered a 5% discount for being a member of Angie's List. I contacted them on 6/12 to let them know that I had accepted their estimate and scheduled a date to begin work. On 7/2 a four man crew came to put the posts in and each post was set in concrete and were spaced about 8 feet on center. The whole process took about 4 hours. They returned on 7/10 after the concrete for the posts had cured and began to fasten all of the runners, boards and pickets onto the posts. They worked for about 4 hours but had to quit because it started to rain. They returned the following day and completed the job. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of work that was done as well as the price. I would highly recommend Fencing Unlimited to anyone who wants a fence of great quality at an affordable price.

They had put the fence all around the yard. They did a fine job. They were right on budget, they were quick and it was completed in one day. I did not face any problems. Everything was cleaned by them after the job was done.

They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them and have. Everyone was very professional, punctual. The workmanship was outstanding.

Work was done quickly and cheaply. Fence quality is good for the money.

I was very happy with the installation of my new fence. There was a slight issue with the placement of the posts. However, upon calling the office, the owner met my husband and they agreed on moving the posts. Part of this issue was most likely due to my original meeting with the salesman and not clearly checking over the drawing, even though I specifically asked for the posts to be placed in certain areas. We also did not stay at home the day of installation. Perhaps if we would have been home, the placement would have been correct the first time. The owner was very fair in moving these posts and we agreed to pay a little additional to make things correct. This is the second fence we have had Fencing Unlimited install and its doing a great job keeping my little dogs safe in my back yard. It is also very attractive and we have had many friends comment on how nice the fence looks.

Overall, I didn't have the same positive experience others did. The set crew that put in the posts left cigarette butts throughout my yard and cement on new sod (I had to chip away at several dried chunks of it). The finish crew was worse, though. Both gates were supposed to swing in and they installed them to swing out. The quality of the wood was below average, in my opinion. And the gates were supposed to have thumb latches and they had some other type that made me think of a barn gate. They broke a potted plant (and didn't mention it). And I was walking up the driveway as they were finishing and noticed an oil can on the driveway, a gas can on the grass, and they were playing music very loud in the truck. The only reason I cared was because they burned the grass with the gas can, they left a rather large (12 inch diameter) oil stain on my aggregate driveway, and my neighbors could easily hear the music. I had to make 3 follow-up calls to have the gates fixed.

They did a real good job on the fence, but they dumped concrete in the back yard behind the woods. They were a little expensive, but I was very pleased with the job they did and the looks of the fence. They were on time, took things out of their truck and got to work, got it done and left. The clean up was good, except for the concrete they dumped.

I chose them because they specialize in fencing so I know they had a lot of experience and would do a good job. They were out quick and worked very hard to have the job done on time. They were very courteous, nice and did a good job on the clean up.

They gave us an estimate for the cost of the fence and it was a good price. They scheduled an appointment to installed the fence very quickly. We are satisfied with the fence and the quality of their work. The fence added the privacy we were looking for and it also added a great appearance to our home.
