We had a Trex Deck installed with Vinyl railings and the Fencescapes team did a HORRENDOUS job during the installation. The stairs weren't level. The railings were crooked and there were spots with damages all around the deck that were incredibly noticeable. Fencescapes was contracted by Lowes and have since lost their contract to several locations due to these common mishaps. A year into the project we have been working with a separate installer who has basically had to tear down the deck and rebuild. Luckily we and Lowes have moved on from Fencescapes but I would not recommend this installer to anyone who is looking at building a fence or a deck. This deck failed 3 Final inspections and required the permit to be resubmitted by a new builder. I do understand that projects like these may results in a couple of blemishes here and there but this deck installed by Jason's team is an eye sore on its own. In addition, Jason's clerk Pam is an incredibly disrespectful to customers and will not schedule permit reviews on time. We waited about 6 weeks for our permit to be approved, when we went to the city to ask what the status we found out that our request had not even been submitted resulting in another 6 week wait. The project management capabilities of this company are lacking and it's clear with their contract turnover to Lowes new contracted builders out of Richmond. If I could give these guys a 0 out of 5 I would.

Fence Scapes helped us choose a beautiful, quality built railing that complements our home and will last for years to come. The online brochure made choosing the style/color simple. They also have samples that you can view at your site as well. The install crew was professional, courteous and arrived as promised. The install crew cleaned up so well before they left that you would not have known they had been there. The pricing is very fair and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. We are extremely pleased with the railings--well worth every dollar. 
Fence Scapes has also done work for our local little league field and once again the pricing was very reasonable and the workmanship was fabulous. We will continue to refer Fence Scapes to other friends and buisness owners.

They were timely. The quality of materials and the quality of workmanship are good. Their price was competitive not necessarily the lowest. They were able to do something’s that other fence installers were not able to do. I will use this company again if I need their service.
