They gave me a time frame for the work and were done when promised. Explained how system worked. Met all expectation. Sound deadening is terrific. Audio is beautiful. But the best part was the after service. Two years later, 7/2013, I had problems with the XM connection on my radio. Brought it in to troubleshoot. They spent 3 hours over the course of two visits to get it right. No charge for labor.
