I was not an existing customer, but got a quick call back and an appointment set the next morning which was not a normal working day for them. Steve showed up on time, was extremely nice, professional and most of all honest. He found the problem right away and also checked several other things and still just charged me a $89 service charge. The last few times I had used a verry large company, and it ran $300-$500 for the same things as they always add on things that don't need to be done. They have all of my business going forward.
