What I received back was a computer with a different motherboard, processor and memory than the original. The “new” processor was about 50% slower and the system memory went from 12 GB down to about 4 GB. Jimmy claimed this was an “accident” but in my opinion he was trying to pull a fast one on what he thought was an unsuspecting and clueless customer.
After some discussion we agreed he would refund me $240 and return my original parts to me; I would let him keep $100 for the time he’d spent working on my PC. I got my parts back but received numerous excuses and delays as to why he couldn’t refund my money. I eventually gave up and disputed the charges on my credit card and got my money back that way.
Stay away from this place.
