Very smooth process and very professional. Called first thing in the morning. They were here within the hour. It took him less then one minute to unlock the door. We are a repeat customer. These guys are great!

He was good, quick and competent. Work was done as asked and at the time agreed upon. No problems have arriven from the work. We were happy with the results.

Installation was clean and efficient. Technician took time to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

The rep from Dominion was genuine and professional. He did an excellent job, and I was able to schedule an appointment w/o delay. I purchased the deadbolts, but the company can provide them for a fee. They also make additional keys on site that work w/o the hassle of back and forth to the store to make certain the key works.

I called Dominion on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they would be able to have a technician out to our house later that day. I requested a call when the technician was on his way, which I received, and was able to arrive just as he was. The technician was clearly very knowledgeable about the different types of locks in our home and was able to provide recommendations and tips. I appreciated his willingness to share his knowledge to help me make decisions about what types of lock I wanted or changes I wanted to make. He went out of his way to help me look through a bag of keys that the previous homeowners had left for us to find a missing garage key and in that process, explained to me what the different keys were likely for (windows, etc.).
All locks were changed/rekeyed quickly and worked perfectly after he left. I felt the cost was reasonable for the work performed, however I did not receive any other quotes for the job so cannot compare. Overall, I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the service.

Dominion Lock and Security did a great job. The guy they sent, his name was Adam, he was very nice. When he got there he thought it was going to be a simple job and then he was like, oh, they didn't tell me. And I said this is what I told them. I told them it was an old door and everything. And he didn't know until he got there. And then he said, okay; and then he regrouped really quickly. I said do you want to do it, because if you don't want to do it, that's fine. And he said, no, no, I can do it. He had to go back and get some extra parts, but he did it. He was very, very professional. He had do a lot of work, it wasn't a simple lock job.

They do a great job and I will continue to use them

Very well. This was not an installation just anyone could do. It was a up-end commercial application to a residential situation.

This was the first time I had used them and they were very friendly in setting it up. It was an emergency but they got me in within two days and gave me a time window. They called me in the morning and asked me if it was okay to send someone out in the morning and it was, so the locksmith came out. They made sure that he was here at the beginning of the time window because it was an emergency. He was very professional and promptly did what he needed to do. He explained a couple of things to me and definitely did a good job.

I used Dominion less than a year ago. He fixed the broken lock. They are a pretty good company, and I like them. I call them when I am having a problem. I have used them in the past, and I will use them again.

I wouldn't use anybody else. They do an awesome job. I'm not even sure how their prices compare, but I don't even care because I wouldn't use anyone else.

He came the next morning, as agreed, completed the job quickly, cleanly and well, and was a very nice person to talk to, in addition. Good, old-fashioned service. I will use them again.

Their response was very quick. They were very professional and informative. Another business actually recommended Dominion Lock and Security to me.

I was met within the agreed upon window of time. They didn't have enough of the single-cylinder locks. There was nothing special about the service that would make me want to use them again.
