I called Wise Cracks to get my windshield chip repaired because they were great when I used them in the past. An hour later a DSM van shows up. At this point, I’m so confused because I called Wise Cracks. The guy tells me that DSM bought Wise Cracks. Ah. Well I checked Wise Cracks website when I called to make the appointment and the chip repair was $49. DSM charged $90. Wow! Very deceptive. The Wise Cracks phone number rings DSM. See my attached picture. It shows the Wise Cracks website advertising the $49 chip repair and the phone number on this page rings DSM and they show up and charge almost twice as much.

Discount Mobile Glass of Mechanicsville scratched my paint job during replacement of my car's rear window, to the point where I had to have the liftgate repainted. Called the company and they refused any responsibility. I told them I would call my insurance company and the person on the phone was very rude and told me to call whoever I wanted, he didn't care. Don't let these people touch your car.
