Tom was recommende by someone at a home supply store. We called him and asked for an estimate on putting in a glass block window. tom came out to the house, took measurements, asked questions, and said he would call with the estimate and send it to us in writing. Every detail was spelled out and he called back to answer any other questions. We ending up having him do the glassblock window and three skylights. all the work was completed as promised and exceeded out expectations. After finishing the project, everything was put back in placed and cleaned.
