I used Crew on the recommendation of a friend. We had called another company previously to look at our furnace, which was not working, and they had told us what they thought the problem was (the thermocouple) and then tried to upsell us on replacing multiple parts that they said "were about to go." It just didn't feel right, so we declined and asked friends for recommendations and got a rave recommendation for Crew.
We were able to get an appointment quickly, and the actual problem (not the thermocouple, by the way) was found, diagnosed and repaired the same day. They also serviced the furnace and did say that we shouldn't be surprised if another part needed replacing before long (fair enough, it's a really old furnace) but we appreciated that they didn't try to sell us on replacing parts ahead of time. They were friendly, thorough and affordable. I will definitely call them again, and recommend them to others.

It's been working ever since. They were punctual. I have used them for quite awhile. When I first moved here, they had to put in a new oil tank for me, and they gave me the best price.
