I was very pleased with B&K's work. B&K cleaned the carpet shortly after we moved into our home. The previous owners had 2 kids and a dog and the carpet had several dark spots and showed wear. Billy removed all the spots and the carpet looked much better and cleaner when he was done. B&K is owner-operated. Billy was prompt, pleasant and was careful not to disturb my baby, who was sleeping in one of the bedrooms. I thought the price was reasonable.
